How to join ASME
Everyone is welcome to join ASME! We accept members year-round, and membership isn’t restrictive to just MEEN students. We have MSEN, MTDE, ECEN, AERO, & even Finance majors!
To join ASME, you must complete two steps:
Pay the $10 membership fee on Texas A&M’s marketplace. Make sure to include your UIN in the billing information at checkout!
Register and pay the national chapter fee with ASME National if you are not a freshman.
ASME membership will last for a full calendar year from the date you purchase local membership. Additionally, be sure to join our Slack (click here) to stay up to date on ASME events, announcements, & more!

The cost for local membership is $10, excluding any national fees.
